What qualifies me to inspect your home?

I'm licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Oregon

I'm a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors)

As part of InterNACHI I have agreed to continue learning 24hrs/yr (this is stricter than our state requirments)
